RTSE provided safety assurance leadership services for introducing the new trains to the rail network. This project involved ensuring reliability to the operator that the train was safe to enter various stages of testing and ultimately leading to revenue operations. RTSE was responsible for taking ownership of all the project safety documentation, liaising with various project teams and signing off the final safety case for accepting the train into revenue operation.
