Providing safety assurance leadership services to the railway operators for several capital projects, RTSE ensures that all capital projects are aligned with safety assurance and are collectively safe and meet the railway’s safety assurance plans. RTSE is responsible for providing detailed recommendations to the operator and technical safety authority to enable projects and assets to enter revenue operation.
