16 km Grade of Automation 4 (GOA4) CBTC extension project to the existing Vancouver SkyTrain network. The project will introduce eight new elevated stations to extend the network along the Fraser Highway from King George Station to Langley Centre.
RTSE has been involved in the project from the outset and originally provided technical services to develop the base supply contract and RFP specifications for the systems and CBTC contract.
RTSE currently provides systems engineering, safety assurance, project management, deployment management and Subject Matter Expertise (SME) services on the owner’s side to ensure that the overall system meets SkyTrain requirements and integrates seamlessly with the existing SkyTrain network and facilities.
