State of Good Repair Project

RTSE is providing project management services for several state-of-good-repair projects for a GOA4 Transit system. These are critical projects where the team are managing the introduction of new signaling and communications equipment in a brownfield environment. The project requires collaboration between project teams from different organizations, as well as oversight of installation, testing, and commissioning to ensure optimal delivery and no disruption to revenue operation.
